*Note: Estimated storage duration is based on four Sentry Mode activations per night and four manual dashcam video saves per week. Variations in usage will yield different data results.

10Gbps M.2 NVMe Interface
Supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 and M.2 NVMe SSD, delivering transfer speeds up to 10Gbps. The NVMe driver utilizes SSD flash technology, providing performance significantly faster than traditional SATA.

Compatible with Controllers
Supports dual controllers (play with no signal interference or lag when two wireless receivers are connected.

Supports OTG Functionality
Comes with a USB-A to USB-C adapter, allowing you to connect to iPhone, iPad, or laptop anytime to view dashcam recordings. Only compatible with iPhone models that support the Type-C specification. Not applicable for Lightning versions.

⚠️ Please Format Before Use
(Do not insert any other USB flash drives, as formatting will not proceed otherwise.)

Select Screen > Safety & Security > "FORMAT USB DEVICE" to complete formatting.

TROUBLESHOOT- IMPORTANT: DUE TO TESLA SOFTWARE UPDATES YOU MAY EXPERIENCE ISSUES WITH YOUR DEVICE. PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO ENSURE NORMAL FUNCTION:

1. Remove the SSD and reboot the Model X screen/system.
   
   
2. Once the system reboots, plug the SSD back into the USB port.
   
   
3. Format the SSD directly through the Tesla screen (this step is very important).
   
   

After formatting, the SSD should work normally again.
